You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Items must be unused, undamaged, and, where possible, returned in their original packaging.

If your item is faulty, damaged, or there is an issue with the product, we will cover the return shipping costs. For returns that are not related to a product quality issue, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Yes. For hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned once their seal or packaging has been opened. Personalized items and gift cards are also non-returnable. If there is something wrong with your order, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.

We usually process orders within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, orders are typically delivered within 1–3 business days in the Netherlands. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and may take a little longer during busy periods.

Our products are carefully selected from different production partners. Depending on the product, they may be made in different countries. We choose our products based on quality, thoughtful design, and practicality for everyday life with pets.We’re always happy to hear your thoughts and feedback.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order. We offer free shipping within the Netherlands on orders over €60. You will see the exact shipping cost before completing your payment.
